Two beautifully decorated and designed dining cars which can accommodate up to 42 people. Different Kinds of Cuisines Provided in Maharajas Express
Vegetarian Meal:
The vegetarian meal served in the train contains only of dairy-based and plant-based products.

A Jain meal is free from poultry items or non-vegetarian foods. It is also not inclusive of onion, beats, carrots, garlic which are root vegetables.

Kosher Meal:
This meal is prepared according to the Jewish dietary law, in which proper care is taken that non-kosher is not used in any form.
Mewar Cuisine:
The unique cooking style of this cuisine will bring a special taste. Mewar cuisine is a rural style cuisine served with meat, fresh vegetables and fruits. The cuisine includes royal dishes like phirni, milk desserts, steamed keems, mewari lauki and many more. The dishes of Mewar cuisine in the train is flavored with corns, millets, freshwater fishes etc.
Paniya churio is the famous Mewar dish which is prepared using coal as a fuel for adding special aroma. Crushed maize, jaggery, clarified butter and many other local flavours are used to make paniya churio. To bring traditional look all the dishes are to be served in clay pots.
