Maharajas' Express Cabins

If travelling is your aspiration then do not miss a trip on Maharajas' Express luxury train. This is one of the costliest trains of the world and staying on Maharajas' Express is a dream come true for travelers. Let us explore the Maharajas’ Express cabin and check out why Maharajas' Express is so popular.

Royal Cabins

The 14 guest carriages of Maharajas' Express can accommodate 88 guests. The cabins of Maharajas' Express train are replica of regal Indian palaces and are named after precious stones like diamond, pearl, blue sapphire and coral.

The carriages are divided into four types and you can opt one which suits your criteria, namely, deluxe, presidential, junior and general suite.

If you are travelling with a family then Maharajas' Express presidential suite is your best option. It is a home in itself with two bedrooms, private dining rooms and an exclusive bath. The rooms are embellished with semi-precious stones and covered with wall to wall carpeting. The rooms are spacious with large beds draped in linens and equipped with vintage furniture like writing tables and chairs.

Boarders can enjoy a panoramic view of the changing landscape as the train passes from one place to another through the large suite windows.

Modern Facilities

Though the luxury train exhibits the rich culture, art and architecture of classical Indian, the amenities provided on the train are apt for a tourist habituated to a modern lifestyle. While the direct dial phone, free internet facility, LCD television sets and newspapers keep you connected with the outside world, the long journey is entertaining with channel music and DVD playing facilities.

The bathrooms come with modern toiletries while the electronic safe keeps your expensive possessions protected.
