For this itinerary, the train starts from Mumbai and goes to Goa through Nashik, Ajanta Ellora caves, Kolhapur, Sindhudurg and looks back.
This itinerary takes a wild ride starting from New Delhi and stops at Sawai Madhopur, Agra, Jaipur, Udaipur, Vadodara, Ellora caves and halts at Mumbai in the end.
This journey starts from Mumbai and goes via Vadodara, Udaipur, Jodhpur, Agra, Sawai Madhopur, Jaipur, and Delhi.
Starting from Mumbai and traveling through Bijapur, Aihole, Pattadkal, Hampi, Hyderabad, Ellora caves, and loops back to where it started.
This beautiful journey starts from Mumbai by exploring the beauty of Gujarat through Vadodara, Palitana, Gir, Little Rann of Kutch, Modhera, Nashik and back to Mumbai.
As the name suggests, it let guests enjoy Maharashtra with Destination like Ellora caves, Aurangabad, Pench, Tadoba, Ajanta caves, Nashik and back to Mumbai.

The Golden Chariot has 44 cabins in 11 coaches that are named after dynasties that ruled the region: Kadamba, Hoysala, Rashtrakuta, Ganga, Chalukya, Bahamani, AdilShahi, Sangama, Satavahana, Yadukula, and Vijayanagar. In cabins, the accommodation is provided with air conditioning rooms, LCD television, wardrobes, writing desk, DVD player, and attached bathroom among others.
Meanwhile, the Deccan Odyssey has 21 coaches and 11 are used for accommodation. They have 10 fully air conditioning rooms with 4 twin bedded chambers and 2 presidential suite with all living space. Rooms are accommodated with channel music, intercom, player, attached toilets, running hot and cold water, shower, and other amenities.
Money also matters when it comes to comparing the prices, the prices of the train totally depends on the itinerary taken among the given options. The Golden Chariot fare starts with USD 1225 for single occupancy per night and the total cost for 7 days is USD 7350.
